Grandma's here!

Grandma flew in this afternoon! Skyler's nanny had picked her up from the airport and offered to stay with the kids while we went to the hospital to visit this little princess ...

She's the one who brought us out here in the first place. I was planning to hold her, feed her, change her, even wake up at 2 am with her, and play with her big sister. Ha! Once again I was reminded that God's the one in control, not me! I've had a blast bonding with her sister though. Actually, we all have. Skyler's quite fun, and it's been a blessing to be here for her.

After the hospital, Grandma treated us to the diner for dinner. Here's Skyler finishing off the noodles:


We're cozy in the house now with popcorn and the Cosby show.
