Tonight's dessert was VINEGAR PIE from a pioneer cookbook. It was suggested in our history unit, so what better time to try it out than when I have 3 "daughters" to bake it?!
Ellie gave it a thumbs up.
Liv was terrified to try it. She did though and gave it a medium thumb up.

Natalie really loved it (she ate hers and finished off Clara's)!We're watching some skating program now before bed. The girls' comments are hilarious.
"Oh, he looks nice." "Her outfit is way not modest." "Boys shouldn't wear make-up." And of course we have lots of oohs, ahhs, and WHOA!
I love it!! Thanks for posting the pics. Love the comments about the skating too. I can hear them saying them.
