It was a beautiful (sunny!) night last night so we all went along for Jay's lesson. The kids and I sat on the lawn, had a picnic, and finished our read aloud while Jay flew.
While Jay did his post-flight work, the kids hopped in and practiced being passengers. We'll give him a few more hours before they actually go for a ride. 
very cool! I bet they'll be very excited when they can fly with him :)
